ABOUT ME

My name is Adeline and I am a Washington DC-based communications/social media manager and graphic designer. I love translating technical information into easy to understand visuals and am passionate about utilizing digital media to leave a positive impact on the world. I currently work as a Social Media and Communications Manager at Network for Victim Recovery of DC and have over 4 years of experience in the field.

I also have a professional background in Advocacy with expertise in gender-based violence, LBGTQ+ issues and environmental justice. My training and experience supporting and advocating for clients navigating trauma, systemic barriers and marginalization greatly impacts my person-centered approach to communications and visual storytelling. Although this perspective influences all of my work the Restorative Ecosystem video I created for the TraumaTies podcast illustrates this concept really well and is a great place to start exploring my work.
